When you register for the CSET, you will be asked to answer the following background questions. Providing accurate and complete background information about yourself is important; the information that you provide will be kept confidential.
If you register on the Internet, you will answer the following questions interactively as you register. If you register by mail, enter your responses to the following questions on the registration form. Each section number corresponds to the section of the registration form where you will record your response.
